Our story
From an internal automation engine to a client-facing platform
Soria began inside LS2 Innovation as the automation engine behind our own products — orchestrating data syncs, scheduled jobs, and support workflows across the systems our customers depend on. The more we relied on it, the clearer it became: the same agent platform that ran our operations could run an organization's.
So we built Soria into a product. It runs three kinds of agents — conversational, action, and scheduled — connected to Microsoft 365, your SIS/ERP, SharePoint and internal APIs, on a secure, model-agnostic stack. Every action is audit-logged, and deployment respects the data-residency rules the public sector requires.
Soria is part of the LS2 Innovation family, built in Montréal with the same philosophy as the rest of our work: remove the manual glue, and let your people focus on what matters.
